DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

UK Delivery

Orders placed online or over the telephone before 12:00 pm will arrive by Royal Mail special delivery the next working day (Monday to Friday) within the UK and costs £6.00 within the UK. Any orders placed before 12:00 pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday if the delivery address is open on a Saturday.

We also have a Free Delivery Service in the UK. These orders will be received within 3-4 days and will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

All orders will need to be signed for upon receipt of the delivery. We advise customers to be sure someone is available at the shipping address so that the package can be delivered and signed for.

Please note: There are certain areas within the UK that we cannot guarantee delivery before 1:00 pm the next day, which are detailed below:

We deliver by 5:30 pm the next working day in the following postcode areas:

AB30-56 Aberdeen; IV21-28, 40, 52, 54 Inverness; KW1-14 Orkney; PA28-38 Argyll; PH15, 17-26 Perthshire; PH31-40 Perthshire; PH49 Ballachulish; PH50 Kinlochleven; HS1 Stornoway (Lewis); HS3 Harris; HS4 Scalpay; HS5 Leverburgh; HS6 N Uist; HS7 Benbecula; HS8 S Uist; HS9 Castlebay (Barra); IV41-51, 55-56 Skye; KA27 Arran; KA28 Cumbrae; PA41 Gigha; PA42-49 Islay; PA60 Jura; PA77 Tiree; KW15 Kirkwall Town; KW16 Stromness Town only; GY9 Alderney (Channel Islands)l; ZE1 Lerwick (Shetlands); HS3 Harris

We deliver within two working days by 5:30 pm to the following islands:

GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands); GY9 Sark (Channel Islands); HS2 Lewis; PA61 Colonsay; PA62-75 Mull; PA78 Coll; ZE2-3 Shetlands

We deliver within three working days by 5.30pm to the following islands:

KW16-17 Orkney; PH30 Corrour; PH41 Mallaig; PH42 Eigg & Kuck; PH43-44 Rhum & Canna

All orders will be paid for in Pound Sterling but orders will be able to be seen in Euro and Dollar currency conversions.

Deliveries will need to be signed for and if someone is not available to receive the delivery a card will be left with an option for you to have the item redelivered at a later date or for you to collect at from your local collection depot.

International Orders

All deliveries to overseas addresses costs £8 and is delivered by Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ service.

Overseas deliveries will arrive in Europe within 3-5 working days and to the US and other non-EU countries within 3-7 working days.

Parcels will need to be signed for so please be sure to state a delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

All orders placed from non-EU countries will be exclusive of VAT (17.5%) and will be removed from your order at checkout.

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

International Priority Delivery

Deliveries to overseas addresses will be via Fed Ex and will cost £35 and will arrive within 1-3 working days in Europe and the U.S. and within 1-7 days to the rest of the world. For orders received and payment approved before 1:00 pm, goods will be dispatched on the same day. Please be sure that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If no one is available at the time of the delivery to sign then a card will be left by the courier with instructions on how to arrange an alternative date of delivery.

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Items can be returned or exchanged with a Return Authorisation (RA) number that can be requested by emailing us at info@splashonthenet.com or by calling us on 0787 203 0408 within the UK and +44 (0) 787 203 0408 for international customers within 7 days of the delivery of the item. Items will need to be returned within 7 days of the issuance of an RA number. International returns should be shipped within 7 days of the RA number being issued.

Items for return or exchange should be sent to Splash on the Net, 91 John Archer Way, London SW18 2TT, with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

Items will have to be received in their original packaging. Any items that have been worn or are not in their original packaging or have the security tag removed will not be accepted or refunded.

Items that are on Sale or Discounted are non-refundable but may be exchanged. Any special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.

A full refund will only be given if the above time frames are met. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation and if all of the above time frames are met. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Any items received outside of the above time frames, not worn, not in their original packaging and with the security tag removed will be accepted at the discretion of SPLASH ON THE NET and can only be given a merchandise credit.

Please note that any international customs duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU (European Community) and any customs duties incurred for receipt of returns into the UK from non EU countries will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. No items will be accepted for exchange if they have been worn, the security tag is removed and they are not in their original packaging.

Please be aware that you will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping charges, taxes and import duties.

Gifts and Returns

If you decide to give an item purchased as a gift we will provide a gift card. You can select this option at checkout with a message for the card. You can also have the item delivered to the gift recipient by choosing an alternative delivery address. The invoice will be sent to the billing address you provide.

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your SPLASH ON THE NET account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for six months.

Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Custom & Special Orders

If an item is no longer available or if you would like to have something specially made by one of the designers, please ask us. The item will then be a ‘Special Order’ and will be considered a ‘FINAL SALE’ and will therefore not be refundable or exchangeable at all or under any circumstances.
