Chicago based metalsmith and designer, Sarah McGuire finds inspiration in natural forms and classic modernist design. Growing up in New England, Sarah spent many summers on the beaches of Cape Cod and coastal Connecticut collecting objects that would later inform her work as a jeweller. Working primarily in silver and 18K gold, Sarah’s pieces are all handmade in her studio in Chicago. Her pieces possess a sculptural, organic quality while avoiding overtly literal representations of nature. Her aim is to make timeless pieces that will be treasured for years.
